CXLA-400 Side sealer & shrink tunnel machine
The CXLA-400 Automatic “L” Type Sealing Machine is a fully automated unmanned sealing solution, widely applied in high-volume production lines for its superior efficiency and reliability.
It is equipped with an automatic film feeding and punching device, a manually adjustable film-guide system, and a conveyor platform, making it suitable for packaging items of various widths and heights.
The aluminum sealing knife with DuPont Teflon coating provides anti-stick and high-temperature resistance, ensuring seals are free from cracking, coking, or smoking — delivering a clean, pollution-free operation.
With horizontal and vertical photoelectric detection, the machine can easily handle thin and small items with precision. An automatic feeding system adjusts film length via sensors and time relay, while the waste film is neatly rolled by a reduction motor.
The hand wheel adjustment system allows for quick changes in product size without the need to replace molds or bag makers. The CXLA-400 also supports multi-product packaging combinations, helping brands achieve promotional display effects with high efficiency.
