Bottles are organized by the bottle conveyor motor and transferred neatly to the main turntable slots, which rotate clockwise at equal intervals.
When bottles reach the filling station, the filling bracket descends, activating the sensor probe.
The peristaltic pump operates automatically, with filling volume preset via touchscreen.
After filling, bottles continue to rotate with the main turntable for smooth, continuous operation.
How it works
Step 1
The bottles are precisely organized by the conveyor motor and smoothly transferred into the slots of the main turntable, which rotates clockwise at equal intervals to ensure accurate positioning for the next process.
Step 2
When the bottles reach the filling station during the rotation of the main turntable, the filling bracket descends, triggering the sensor probe.
Step 3
The peristaltic pump then operates (the filling volume can be preset on the touchscreen). After filling, the bottles continue to rotate with the main turntable.
Step 4
When the filled bottles reach the capping station, the cylinder activates to press the caps onto the bottle mouths. After capping, the bottles continue to rotate with the main turntable.
Step 5
After capping, the bottles rotate to the cap tightening station, where the cam drives the three-claw mechanism, and the servo motor tightens the caps (the torque can be preset on the touchscreen).
