Accurate Placement – Built-in camera or mark detection sensor identifies reference points on each can for consistent and precise stamp positioning.
Additional Features:
Supports pre-perforated tax stamps, aligned with the lid line for proper opening and regulatory compliance.
Optional post-process verification system checks stamp positioning and ensures correct application for the target market.
Labeling Process Steps:
Vacuum suction cylinder picks up the label.
Suction head moves to the top of the labeling cylinder to capture the label.
Suction head transfers the label to the dispensing nozzle.
PLC system triggers automatic glue spraying.
Sensor detects the product and guides it under the labeling cylinder.
Labeling cylinder applies the stamp accurately.
