The machine is composed of a main frame, conveyor belt, turntable, compressed air filter, aerator, cam, sprocket, blowing needle, needle frame, and other components.
Working Principle: Bottles are positioned on the turntable, where the blowing/suction needles descend synchronously via the cam system. The sealing washer ensures tight contact with the bottle mouth before compressed air is blown in. Dust and particles are then extracted by suction, ensuring a clean interior.
Filtered, dry compressed air circulates inside the bottle, creating a strong erosion effect that suspends dust. A vortex air pump continuously removes these suspended particles through a larger suction pipe, completing the cleaning cycle.
