CX-KHY Automatic Snus Packaging Machine
The CX-KHY Fully Automatic Stickpack Machine is a high-speed vertical form-fill-seal system designed for the production of nicotine pouches (snus) in smoke-free filter foil portions.
The process begins with fleece material being unwound from the roll, precisely formed into tubular stickpacks, filled with powder, then sealed on three sides (two ends and the back), and cut into uniform pouches.
This machine ensures efficient pouch production, consistent sealing quality, and compliance with modern packaging requirements.
Dry Snus

How it works
| Working Principle | Packaging materials are exported from the unwind mechanism located at the back side of the machine, and enter the automatic guiding mechanism through the unwind rollers, longitudinal cutting, heat sealing and molding and completing the filling and sealing process of the materials here, and then through the transverse sealing, transverse cutting and finally forming the finished products for output. |

| Machine body | The body is the foundation of the machine, multi-column back seal packaging machine body adopts the steel plate frame structure welding structure, its body structure for the steel welding structure, 304 material, so that the body has enough rigidity to ensure the safe operation of the machine, the left side of the body and the back can be opened, easy to install, inspection and maintenance of the equipment, the body of the transmission system, the machine’s electronic control box in the right side of the body, easy to operate. The grounding part of the machine is four adjustable ground feet. |

| Film Unwind | Film unwinding mechanism is located in the back of the machine, by the unwinding shaft, unwinding frame, film guide roller and traveling guide roller, etc., the film unwinding by the micro-motor drive unwinding shaft, driving the film roll rotation, and then through the traveling roller to control the length of the film unwinding and film tension, when the film is used up or accidental breakage, the traveling guide roller can cover the photoelectric switch, so that the whole machine stops running automatically. On the left side of the whole unwinding, there is a handle for adjusting the left and right movement of the unwinding roller, so as to make the film square with the slitting knife of the rewinding mechanism. |
| Horizontal sealing and cutting | The sealing mechanism of this machine is hot sealing and cold cutting, so it is easy to seal firmly and cut easily. It adopts flat knife to cut off, the bag shape appearance is flat, it is divided into movable knife and fixed knife, the movable knife does straight line movement, the power is provided by the cylinder, it can also provide different cross-cutting methods according to the different requirements of the users. |

The part that does not contact with the material is made of stainless steel 304, and the part of the soft connection should not react with the material, resistant to cleaning and sterilization.
