Operators manually place empty bottles at the filling station. Medications are conveyed by a vibrating corrugated conveyor belt, moving in an orderly manner into the medication hopper. A high-precision photoelectric counting sensor is mounted above the hopper, ensuring accurate quantitative counting of each unit before dispensing into bottles.

Once filled, operators remove the bottles and replace them with new empty ones for the next filling cycle. This design combines manual flexibility with automated accuracy, making it ideal for pharmaceutical packaging with high precision and reliability.
