CX-40Q Automatic gummy candy production line
The CX-40Q gummy production line mainly consists of a cooking system, CFA (Color, Flavor, Acid) mixing system, and depositing & cooling system, working together to ensure precise control, stable performance, and consistent gummy quality.
How it works
Step 1: Ingredient Preparation & Cooking
Raw materials such as sugar, glucose, and other ingredients are automatically weighed and dissolved in the Cooking System. The system heats and stirs ingredients evenly up to 180°C, forming a smooth syrup. Made of SUS 304 stainless steel with optional electric or steam heating. Once ready, the syrup is transferred automatically to the holding tank for the next stage.
Step 2: Flavor & Color Mixing
Flavors and pigments are added using a quantitative diaphragm pump and dynamic mixer, ensuring a perfectly uniform syrup color and taste. Controlled via Siemens touch screen PLC. The proportions of flavor and color are easily adjustable.
Step 3: Depositing & Forming
The Depositing System injects syrup precisely into moulds to form candies. Capable of producing single-color, double-color, or center-filled candies. Depositing speed: 15–45 n/min. Features highly accurate dosing with online adjustable stroke and PID temperature control to maintain stable syrup consistency.
Step 4: Cooling & Demoulding
Candies enter the Cooling Tunnel, where temperature and humidity are precisely controlled for fast solidification. Integrated refrigeration, defrosting, and dehumidifying systems ensure consistent results. The chain-tank demoulding mechanism with rotating brushes and air knives ensures complete mould release. Cooling power: 5HP.
Step 5: Ready for Packaging
After demoulding, candies are collected and ready for final inspection and packaging. The system provides a continuous, hygienic, and fully automated production line for high-quality confectionery manufacturing.
