The CX-210PR semi-automatic pre-roll machine is designed for small to medium-scale production. Equipped with a 100/300-hole jig, it can fill 100 or 300 pre-rolls at a time, with manual control for filling, firming, and sealing. The machine is easy to operate, compact in size, and highly stable, making it the ideal choice for efficient pre-roll production.

Pre-rolls, as the name suggests, are previously rolled or assembled by the Licensed Producer. Pre-rolls purchased at Stores are either hand-rolled or machine-rolled by Licensed Producers into a ready-to-use format, eliminating the need to buy dried flower, papers, and filters separately. These pre-rolled joints are then packaged, usually in a small plastic tube or cardboard box, to prevent them from being bent or broken.

How it works
Load Empty Cones&Add Ground Material
1.Operators begin by manually inserting empty pre-rolled cones 2.Ground tobacco or herbal blend is poured into the top hopper.
Vibrate and Compact
The machine gently vibrates to settle and compact the material inside the cones. This ensures uniform fill weight and consistent density.
Manual Adjustment
For a tighter pack, operators may use a small tamping stick to compress the material further, especially near the filter end.
Unload Pre-rolls
Finished pre-rolls are removed by hand and transferred to a tray or packaging area.
